This is an easy project for restoration, its a 1925 Indian Scout, 27ci (600cc), its almost all there including those hard to find bits, like, front and rear stands, carrier,  the correct headlamp (rare),  Schebler carb, Splitdorf  DUx generator, oil pump, Splitdorf magneto, saddle, tail lamp, toolbox, battery box etc. It is missing the exhaust, foot brake pedal, brake linkages, oil and fuel lines, tank caps and primers, hand oil plungers etc, handlebar control wires, wiring loom etc, all available as reproductions.

The frame, tank, fenders and sheet metal seems all  rust free and very sound. Even better, the engine and transmission have been entirely overhauled two years ago and never yet started, turns freely, carb will need rebuilt  The magneto has also been completely rebuilt at a cost of $400 and is all timed up to the engine. Engine cases are excellent.  Wheels and hubs are rebuilt, using 18" 741 scout drop center rims, just waiting for your pick of tires!
